As a hardware vendor our policy is only to buy direct from the manufacturer and our relationships with both Dell and HP have been cemented with the accreditations we have been awarded . From January of 2009 we were rewarded with the prestigious HP PREFERRED PARTNER status. This process means we can support a higher level of technical sale with the complete back up and support from HP. Out trained and accredited technical staff have undergone rigorous training and have achieved this accolade on the back of our commitment and technical ability to understanding and providing expert levels of support.
Our relationship with Dell and our status as a DIRECT PARTNER is again, through the commitment and relationship we have created with DELL over the last seven years, Our stockholding of Dell products in the volume we hold clearly enables us to be proud of being one of the largest stock holding partners Dell has in the uk. end of life product range
Apart from stocking the current range of HP and DELL desktops, notebooks and servers we specialise in sourcing end-of-life products.
The shelf life of a PC or notebook can be as little as four months. This can cause problems not only when budgeting but also if you have standardised on a particular model. If you are attempting to source a particular model, please contact our Account Management Team who will be happy to advise.
warehouse facility
Pulsar carry in excess of 600 desktops and notebooks at any given time along with a vast range of Servers. Our secure facility enables Pulsar to offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY on all stock items . Pulsar also offer our customers a STOCK HOLDING SERVICE, this enables our customers to agree on a volume commitment for a given period and Pulsar will then allocate and hold that stock ensuring continuity in product supply and nest or same day delivery as and when required.

All products sold carry the manufacturer's full warranty, unless otherwise stated.
configuration
Pulsar also have excellent configuration facilities enabling us to offer a custom build-to-order service.
This may involve installing additional memory or a CD drive to a laptop or PC, or the configuration of a server to your own hardware requirements. We aim to save you both time and money by delivering a ready-to-use solution.
refurbished products
At times, the latest technology may be overpriced, or over specified for your requirements. That's why we offer a range of refurbished servers and desktops. Our refurbished server range allows you to purchase an industry standard HP or Dell solution that is technically benchmarked but available at budget pricing.
Many of these products still carry the balance of the manufacturer's on site warranty. However, for peace of mind we also provide our own warranty. Full details are provided within the product description or from a member of our Account Management Team on 01204 797 612.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line store and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details which we require to be able to satisfy the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card payment at this time, although this facility will be available on our website in the near future. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
